When should I arrive for my appointment?
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment.This will give you enough time to fill out any needed paperwork.
Should I inform my clinicians of any health issues I have?
Yes. Every client will need to fill out a medical history form prior to their appointment. If you are a returning client and have a new health issue please inform your clinician. Safety first!
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We ask that you call or email 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel or there will be a $25 dollar cancellation fee. Our time is precious and so is yours so please be respectful of our policy.
How long does a consultation last?
Consultation times depend on the service you are looking to receive. It is very important that we fully assess each client and address their needs properly. A typical consultation lasts around 30 minutes.
