DVida Spa Etiquette

In order for DVida Spa to be a peaceful, relaxing place for all of our clients, we ask that you adhere to some guidelines to ensure that everyone has a pleasant experience while at DVida Spa. We hope that you find DVida Spa to be a place where you can relax and feel at ease.

Please turn off your mobile phone when inside the spa to maintain a serene ambiance and in consideration of other guests. For the health and safety of our clients and staff, smoking is not permitted in our spa.

Appointments and Cancellation

DVida Spa requires notice of a cancellation 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment via the phone, email or online booking agent.If you do not contact DVida Spa to reschedule or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged $50 to the card we have on file.Or if you purchased a series of treatments you can forfeit one of your sessions.

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

1. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that you may relax and enjoy our beautiful facility, and any necessary paperwork may be completed prior to your service. Please allow additional time if photos are needed prior to your first appointment and/or if you are applying anesthetic.
2. Upon scheduling your appointment, patients will be asked to use a credit card to guarantee the scheduled appointment.
3. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

You will not be charged a fee for your appointment. A $50.00 fee will ONLY be applied to your credit card should you cancel within less than 24 hours. This courtesy enables us to maintain a higher availability of our time for you as well as others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.

Pregnancy

Please inform us if you are pregnant or planning to get pregnant, as some treatments cannot be performed during pregnancy. We will be happy to suggest treatments that are allowed during pregnancy.

Children

We love children. However, so that we may provide a safe and comfortable spa experience, children under the age of 18 are not allowed in the spa. The minimum age for services is 18.

Gratuities

Gratuities may be given to estheticians and massage therapists, at your discretion.

Return/Exchange Policy

We are confident that you will be satisfied with all of the skin products we offer. However, we encourage the clients who have not tried any of these products to not hesitate and inquire about them thoroughly as returns or exchanges on products will not be accepted. All sales on spa packages are final. We do not provide cash or credit refunds.

Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Payments

We accept Cash, Master Card, Visa,America Express and Debit Cards, as well as DVida gift certificates. All spa prices are subject to change.
