Laser Hair Removal
Treated with Cutera® lasers: any skin type can be treated!
Say ‘goodbye’ to painful waxing, electrolysis and razor stubble, and say ‘hello’ to the most effective way to permanently reduce unwanted hair. Laser hair removal destructs the hair follicle by using pulsed energy that is attracted to the dark melanin in the hair shaft.
Since hair grows in 3 different cycles: anagen (growing), catagen (resting), and telogen (falling out), treatments are usually performed every 4-6 weeks depending on the area. Hair removal responds in the anagen (growing) cycle and multiple treatments are needed since hairs are in different stages at any given time.
White, grey, and blond hairs can be difficult to remove and sometimes will not respond to the laser. The laser will not target baby fine hair, known as Lanugo hair.
